The illustrations of Frank Lloyd Wright’s lover and of Isabella Stewart Gardner are by Rachel Burgess, of Brookline, Massachusetts. She has a B.A. in Literature from Yale University and an M.F.A. in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts. Her work can be viewed at www.rachelsillustrations.com. Her favorite poet is W.B. Yeats.
